We have partnerships with a wide range of proven designers/ tradespersons / suppliers. Tradespersons working at a customers house are managed by The Small Building Company ensuring customers are not burdened with issues and are free to enjoy the process.

We undertake work for house owners, tenants, landlords and property management companies. We are particularly keen to undertake work for older customers and those who live alone. For older persons with no relatives close at hand we can provide a more personal service that includes regular communication with the relative should that be requested.

We fully appreciate how difficult it is for an older person to invite tradesmen into their home when they are not known to them.
The Small Building Company places a great deal of emphasis upon reassuring customers. We are a an approved company with excellent reviews by previous customers.

No work will take place until authorised by the customer and payment is only due once work is complete. We’re always happy to hear from people, whether it’s an enquiry or feedback.
